Welcome to the Moore Middle School Parent Teacher Student Association! We want to encourage your entire family to join. This year’s PTSA Board consists of some amazing parents and students who volunteer their time and incredible talents to help our school community. We want YOU to join in on our efforts.
Moore Middle School PTSA promotes parent, teacher, and student involvement. Our PTSA is guided by an all-volunteer group of amazing parents, faculty, and staff who volunteer their incredible talents to help our school community. An important role of the PTSA is to be a voice for parents and students here on campus, in our district, and in our state and national legislative arenas. The PTSA hosts Morning Meetings with the Principal, where our Moore Administration team provides parents with current information on the school, students, family engagement, and other up-to-date topics. Our goal at Moore PTSA is to provide experiences for our students. Through fundraising, our efforts support school gifts such as water bottle filling stations, increased shade in the quad area, books for the library, a washer/dryer to clean PE clothes, an ice machine for Moore Band members and PE students, and a golf cart for a safe and efficient way for administrators to get across campus. We also raise funds for scholarships supporting student clubs, the Reflections cultural competition, Moore Mile, High School Scholarships, Morning Meetings with the Principal, donations and chaperones for school dances and the snack bar, staff appreciation luncheon and Honorary Service Awards, Books for the classroom, and campus beautification projects. Our members volunteer for many events during the school year and we invite you to become involved in Moore PTSA.
