Jennie Dyerly is an accomplished educational leader with more than two decades of experience inspiring students, empowering teachers, and strengthening school communities. She currently serves as the Principal of Moore Middle School in the Redlands Unified School District, where she leads with a focus on innovation, inclusion, and student success.
Prior to her current role, Jennie served as Principal of Kimberly Elementary School, which earned recognition as a California Distinguished School under her leadership. Her previous experience includes serving as Principal of Crafton Elementary, Assistant Principal, Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) Program Specialist, classroom teacher, and adjunct professor. Across all her roles, Jennie has demonstrated a deep commitment to instructional excellence, social-emotional learning, and cultivating collaborative school cultures where every child can thrive.
Jennie holds a Master’s Degree in Education Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Art from the University of Redlands.
Jennie’s leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that when educators are supported and students are inspired, schools become communities of growth, creativity, and belonging.

My name is Adriane Esquivel, and I am honored to serve as an Assistant Principal at Moore Middle School! I began my career in education about 20 years ago and have served in a variety of roles supporting students, staff, and families. I am a proud graduate of the University of Redlands, and I later earned my Master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University.
My work is centered on building positive school culture, strengthening behavior intervention systems, and ensuring equity and access for all students. I am passionate about restorative practices and supporting academic growth so that every student feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeed.
It is a privilege to serve the Moore community, and I look forward to continuing to collaborate with Principal Jennie Dyerly and Assistant Principal Ron Kroetz, as well as our our staff, students, and families to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. Go Monarchs!

Ron Kroetz is bringing a unique blend of media expertise and extensive educational leadership to the role. With over a decade of administrative experience, including time at Redlands East Valley High School, El Cerrito Middle School, and Corona High School , he is a dynamic leader dedicated to creating and nurturing a sense of lifelong learning in all children. Mr. Kroetz holds Master of Arts degrees in Educational Leadership and Technology Education, and he is a certified Leading Edge Administrator. Known for his exceptional ability to connect with staff, students, and families, he works consistently to encourage instructional growth and is respected as a caring and empathetic educator whom the community can trust. His passion lies in Career and Technical Education (CTE) and supporting teachers in meeting the needs of all students.
